Togather is a place-based initiative with two central goals, both rooted in a broader mission to reimagine the food system and contribute to climate solutions through regenerative practices and community engagement.

1. Supporting the Agricultural Community
Togather addresses the critical challenges of land access and housing for beginning farmers by providing an alternative model that promotes long-term land tenure and secure, dignified housing. By working directly with farmland owners, Togather empowers them to become active stewards of agricultural land—encouraging them to lease land affordably, support on-site housing, and cultivate enduring partnerships with new farmers. In doing so, Togather seeks to shift the narrative: landowners have the power and responsibility to play a direct role in sustaining farming communities and preserving our farmland for future generations.

2. Shaping Consumer Behavior through Culinary Leadership
Togather collaborates with chefs and culinary leaders who are increasingly shaping public discourse and trends around food. By educating chefs about the environmental and cultural significance of regenerative agriculture, and by integrating locally grown ingredients into their cuisine, these culinary leaders become advocates for sustainability. The goal is to raise consumer awareness, shift behavior, and generate demand for ethically sourced food—thereby reinforcing the viability of local farming. Rooted in cultural traditions and shared experiences, this approach bridges urban and rural communities, reconnecting people to the origins of their food and the health of the land.
